Why do people in the counties of New York City always wins the lotto?
It seems that everyone who wins is located in counties in or around NYC why is this?
Over there is a higher percentage of ticket sales there, do you think a small town like chili in Western NY selling as many tickets in a year as Walgreens in NYC does in a week. Of course, the Kings, Queens, Duchess Counties will win more often they buy more tickets per capita.
