Winning the lottery is a random event?
Sure … the figures are chosen as the winning numbers are random. But the numbers of the person with the winning ticket may have not chosen at random from those numbers. Maybe it was the anniversaries of their loved ones … or any number 5th … or other non-random process. So winning the lottery is obviously a non-random event …. no?
No, it's all a conspiracy. And the CIA is out to me.
